Lyndon is the owner and one of the founding members of L & M Young. To say that Lyndon's job is solely to be the owner of L & M Young is far from true. Lyndon has worked his way up from tea boy apprentice to having his own business. He is one of the lads and doesn't expect them to do anything he wouldn't do himself. He may not always be right, but he is always willing to learn.
Garden Machinery is Lyndon's passion and he is always on the look out for the latest models and ways to improve the service he offers to his customers.
Alun started as an apprentice and has now clocked up over 37 years of experience. He has been working for L & M Young for over 19 years and is a valuable member of our close knit family business. If you have any technical issues with ride-on/lawn tractors Alun is the one to ask. Alun can in fact turn his hand to anything and is as at home with smaller machinery as he is with larger items.
Gareth also started out as an apprentice, and has worked for L & M Young for over 14 years. Gareth is the Iseki and BCS specialist and his understanding and knowledge of these machines is second to none. Gareth also works in many other aspects of the business, from small hand held machines, to shop merchandising and display building. He is a valued member of our team always keeping a cool head in all situation. He is also our machinery diagnostics technician.
